75 Years and Counting: A Pictorial and Narrative History of Grymes Memorial School has now been officially released. Grymes alumna and longtime teacher Margaret Hill ’69 proposed this idea for our 75th anniversary, and as our school archivist, she contributed beautifully to its content, selecting and arranging the archival material in addition to providing historical review for the project. In addition, as her last great gift to Grymes, Penny Work wrote the narrative history, starting with the first gatherings of school children in the home of Mrs. Grymes in 1947 to our 75th anniversary celebrations last year.
